Defense firms and insurance companies employ people to secretly follow and observe our clients attempting to demonstrate they aren’t hurt as badly as claimed. Their goal is to show fraudulent claims. This is done more frequently in major cases, but it happens in “ordinary” ones as well. Here is an outline of a deposition from an actual case involving client. It will give you a general framework to create a better outline for your case..
