		<content type="html">As my cases are criminal, I like to use the "whole person" concept to argue that the positives outweigh the negatives and are better predictors of future conduct for the accused who has just been convicted.</content>

		<content type="html">Hi, Paul- Thanks for your blog. We were both at the Trial Lawyers College in 1995. &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt;When I practiced primarily personal injury law from 1996-98, I did not screen my calls. Now that I practice primarily criminal defense and Constitutional defense, I think I offend fewer people less often by triaging calls, particularly when I have a court filing deadline that needs completing that day.</content>
